New addition is making ketupat Daun. The tips is by fill in the casing with rice by slightly half of the volume. The rendang was a bit wasted because instead of 2 chicken kampung..we use 3 chickens. Should put the chicken after the gravy was half thick to avoid the chicken became mince. If possible avoid garlic.
Biscuit choclaye chop was delicious ...but should put less sugar. ( still too sweet).
Another new addition is pineapple tart . Anyway should improve next time by replacing corn flour with custard flour ( as performed by along and Laili)
